American Medical Association calls for ICD-10 Delay – Medical Economics Magazine

Here’s an article that illustrates why physicians need you. It says medical practices will have to spend up to $226,105 to implement the new ICD-10 medical codes, which will include up to $100,000 in payment disruption. And this is just for small practices.

This article confirms that doctors need all the help they can get to help with the “cash crunch” they are facing. When you start your own business in healthcare with ABSystems, you can help them increase revenues and collect money that is due them from insurance companies and patients. You can also help them transition to the new coding system for far less cost then what this article is describing.

This is so serious, the American Medical Association is calling for a delay in the October 1, 2014 go-live date for these new codes.
